Obituary for John C. Quattrociocchi
John C. Quattrociocchi, 81, of Pottsville, passed away on Wednesday morning in his residence.
Born in Pottsville, on August 27, 1937, he was a son of the late Gertrude (Drenth) and Frank Quattrociocchi.
He was a member of St. Patrick R.C.C., Pottsville.
John was a machinist at EA Quirin Machine Shop for many years.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers: Frank, Peter, and Louie Quattrociocchi; sisters: Lucy Hutchings, Patricia Fessler, Betty Bonan, Stella Brown, Alice Borrell, and Esther Thomas.
John is also survived by two sisters, Dorothy Pauley, of Pottsville; Catherine Schaeffer, of Pine Grove; several nieces and nephews; and grand nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be on Monday, September 17th at 11:00 a.m. at Lord-Bixler Funeral Home, Inc., 1818 Mahantongo St., Pottsville. A viewing will be held in the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
