Obituary for Betty J. Hock
Betty J. Hock, 67, of Pottsville, passed away peacefully on Sunday evening in Seton Manor,
Orwigsburg, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Pottsville, on July 25, 1954, she was a daughter of Elmer and Emily (Winn) Ebert.

She was a 1972 graduate of Pottsville High School and a member of St. Patrick R.C.C.

Betty was a legal secretary for the law firm, Cerullo, Datte & Wallbillich, for 32 years and then later
worked 15 years for the Pottsville Housing Authority, retiring in 2017.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and watching her husband drag race at Numidia.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death, by her sister, Peggy Ebert.

Betty is survived by her husband, David P. Hock, to whom she was married for 24 years;
daughter, Jennifer H. Wollyung, wife of Andy, of Pottsville; son, Sean D. Reeves, husband of Amy, of Pottsville; grandchildren: Ryan Correll and Addison Wollyung; sisters: Bonnie Klouser,
of Reinholds; Ada Smith, of Myerstown; Donna Collins, of Newmanstown; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 3rd, at 11:00 a.m. at Lord-Bixler Funeral Home, Inc.,
1818 Mahantongo St., Pottsville with Deacon Larry Lonergan officiating. A viewing will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service in the funeral home.

Interment in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery will be private at the convenience of the family.
