Obituary for Roy T. Snowell
Roy T. Snowell, 61 , of Pottsville, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday afternoon in his residence. ��Born in Pottsville on October 24, 1954, he was a son of Elizabeth and the late Charles D. Snowell. Roy attended a two year medical assistant school in Philadelphia and was a self-employed contractor. ��In addition to his father, Roy was preceded in death a sister, Joan Ann Snowell. Roy is survived by three daughters: Stephanie, Christine, Alyssa; five sons: James, Isaiah, Ishmael, Tim, Jamie; brothers: Charles Jr., husband of Christine, of Pottsville; Aaron, husband of Stephanie, of N.C.; Don, husband of Amy, of Pottsville; Jeffrey, of Philadelphia; sisters: Doris, widow, of Herbert Anderson, of Pottsville; Gail Muhammad, of Sharon, PA, wife of Shaheed, NJ; Rose Snowell, of Pottsville, wife of Mustafa, of Las Vegas; Darlene Snowell, partner of Eddie, of Philadelphia; and Jennifer Snowell, of Virginia Beach. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 7th at 1:00 p.m. at Faith Church, 1168 Centre Turnpike, Orwigsburg. A viewing will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
