Obituary for Julia Whitaker
Julia Whitaker, 94, of Pottsville, passed away in her residence at Schuylkill Center on Thursday, July 21st.
Born in Pottsville , on September 7, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Vincent and Julia (Marcavage) Kelly.
She was a graduate of Pottsville Catholic High School and a member of St. Patrick R.C.C., Pottsville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Whitaker in 1999 and son, William V. Whitaker in 2011.
Julia is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Whitaker, of Pottsville; son, Robert Whitaker, of Forestville; grandchildren: Edmund, Ronald, Thomas, Jamie, Mariah, Caitlyn, and Tyler and several great grandchildren.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
