Obituary for A. Louise Marasco
A. Lousie Marasco, 71, of Orwigsburg, formerly of Pottsville passed away on Wednesday evening in her residence with her husband and sister by her side. Born in Pottsville she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Jayne (Bower) Sciarrone. Louise graduated from Nativity High School in 1961 and belonged to St. Patrick Church. She retired from Hershey Chocolate and was a member of Pottsville BPW. Louise is survived by her husband, Anthony Marasco, to whom she was married for 50 years. They were married on September 11, 1965 at St. Joseph's Church, Pottsville. Also surviving are one son, Tony R. Marasco, husband of Jayne, of West Lawn; 3 grandchildren; sister, Barbara Kasper, and nephews, Bill and David Kasper and their families. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Charles Baber Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family request contributions in Louise's memory be sent to: Covenant Home Care, 1223 Pottsville Pike, Shoemakersville, PA 19555 or Hillside SPCA, Box 233, Hillside Rd., Pottsville, PA 17901.
